The Denise Park practice provides specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy
and remedial and sports massage to both elite athletes and the general public.
Our specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapists are highly skilled in treating a wide
range of conditions such as back pain, sports injuries, arthritis and repetitive strain injuries. Furthermore all our physiotherapists have a special interest in sports physiotherapy, and have
either treated elite sports people and/or competed in sports at an international level.
Physiotherapy appointments last approximately 45 minutes and involve
a comprehensive assessment of your problems and goals, and provision of a tailored treatment programme, all delivered in the privacy of an individual treatment room. Our physiotherapists strongly believe in the importance
of “hands-on” treatment techniques, such as massage, mobilisations and manipulations, and combine these with additional treatment modalities
such as electrotherapies, traction and exercises. All our physiotherapists are members of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and are registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). In addition our physiotherapists who practice acupuncture are members of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).
